The show regularly attracts thousands of people from across Shropshire and beyond, as well as having significant reach on social media. Sponsorship allows businesses to raise their profile to a large audience, as well as using the opportunity to entertain guests at the show in the sponsors’ marquee and dining facilities. There are a wide range of options, and the society is happy to discuss individual requirements. Packages start at £110 for sponsoring one section of the show, ranging up to £2,000 for sponsoring a main ring event. For more details, download the sponsorship pack: sponsors-guide-2023.pdf

Traders are an important part of the show, and pitches range from £80 for a 3m x 3m in the shopping marquee to £650 for a large plot in a premium area. For more details, download the traders pack: trade-pack-2023.pdf

Yes, electricity is available on all pitches for an extra fee.

If you have paid for a big enough pitch, you can park your car on your pitch, but all vehicles must be stationary after 8.30am unless you have a specific permit.
